Pete Doty is one of those rare real estate agents who can give you the full package. He’s been doing this for years, and he knows a lot about Denver and surrounding areas to help you narrow down your search. He’s very good at pointing out a house’s good points and flaws, unlike many real estate agents who will try to accentuate the positive to try to make the sale. And he gave me a lot of good tips on what kind of repair work would be needed, what it would cost and recommended reputable people who could do the work. After I made an offer on the home, he took the time to go over the purchase agreement line by line and answered all my questions. In the end I got the house I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Even after the sale was complete and I had more questions, Pete returned my calls promptly and gave me the same level of excellent service.

My daughter & family want to move up in housing in suburb of Aurora

Pete Doty is a very responsive and energetic realtor. This was our first home buying experience and Pete made it quite enjoyable. He was so flexible with our schedules.
